Hey Guys,
Just wondering how you guys are doing with wholesaling in your areas?
Im pretty much a real estate newbie and would like to get started relatively soon.
At one point I wanted to start with wholesaling, but most of the feedback that I’ve seen or heard, isn’t as golden as a lot of people make it out to be. So just wondering how you guys are managing?
At this point, thinking ill start in REI by just waiting to obtain a rental property, and start from there.

Hey All..
Im 24, recent grad living in metro ATL... ~60K salary...credit is decent, with only school loans ~40,000 to repay..as of now renting an apt ~1000 a month. And its possible within the next 2-3 years I could be married and looking for a new home with my current boyfriend.
I'm extremely interested in getting involved with real estate investing in the near future.. and ran across a nice foreclosure property in the buckhead, atl area going for 100,000 2 bed 2 bath condo.
Would it be wise for me to continue renting, and just save money and wait until my bf and I are ready to find a home together? and primarily focus on paying off student loans aggressively?
Or my plan, purchase a home or condo (similar to the one mentioned above) alone right now, which i'm sure as far as monthly payments would probably be cheaper than my current rent, and use it as an investment property once my bf and I find a home together?
what would would be the pros and cons of purchasing a home now?

I am a new real estate investor starting in primarily wholesaling. (Working on the marketing of my business as a wholesaler as of now.)
I'd like to use a professional name/ business name to put on my business cards, websites, etc. I think that would def give a little more credibility rather than operating as an individual... Would you guys suggest to form an LLC which I've noticed many do, or would a DBA be enough??...and what are the pros and cons?
I’d also like to form and use a name no one has or can use, and continue to use this title as I venture into other areas of real estate investing in the future. What are your suggestions?

Hi all,
Im 23 years old recent college grad full time employee..I'm new to the site, as a beginner wholesale investor. I would like to add and build up my network of colleagues; other wholesalers, investors, rehabbers, and lenders. Possibly even find a mentor in the Atlanta area. Really would like to meet and network, to see whats working and not working and the journey for other beginners in this forum, as well ( And of course those that have more experience and have been successful). I have a pretty good knowledge of the wholesaling process through a bunch of research, research, research books and sites like BP thus far, now def ready to get started in my investing journey.
As a goal I would like to start by wholesaling at least 1 property a month but if i can flip more the better. Afterwards i'd like to go into other areas of REI as well.. I will primarily focus in Atlanta, Ga and surrounding but once i become comfortable in this business possibly expand to Charlotte and surrounding as well.
Please guys help me!! I take any and all advice and more importantly i'm ready and willing to LEARN and nework!
Thanks
