Hi there, I know we are late to joint. We paid over $85,000.00 for The Flipping Formula  in the end of 9/2016-10/2016.After we paid the second time $44k , we did call back 4 days later to cancel (due to my husband lost his job...and we had a death in family_my grand mother) and they said it's pass cancelation day. They told me "whenever we're ready just come back and start training.... Long story short, we did 18 sections with coach(30' each time on the phone...)then Hurricane Harvey hit us (we're in Houston TX), been busy with flooded situation: one of our investment and our home flooded....now  everything getting easier, and  now we try to check on their website.... it's discontinue due to GOV put the retraining order on them... Is there anyone can help us how or what we need to do to get some of our money back. We're thank you very much. 

Yes, we went to a Real Estate Seminar for 3 full days this last weekend and are also reading a lot more and web surfing for advice and and podcasts and youtube. We have open minds and very enthusiastic in real estate for almost 16 years since our 15 acre commercial investment property. We both got our Texas real estate license 3 yrs ago but since we have regular full time jobs we did not take the major step into full time realtor or investment yet...Fear and content kept us stale but now that land is still in our hands since we did not want to sell it yet but it is now almost 10x more than what we paid for it.

We know that we do not know everything at all about Real estate but we also know that we can learn something every day. We learned a great quote this last weekend that ignited us to get more serious with the laid back real estate investment business. "Understand what we know, Clearly understand what we do not know, Hire others to help us do so"

Hey Y'all, We are new to this site and we hope to find a lot more future customers to join our network. My husband and I will be spending a lot more of our spare time to satisfy all those who join our power team. We know that we do not everything at all about Real estate but we also know that we can learn something every day. We learned a great quote this last weekend that ignited us to get more serious with the laid back real estate investment business. "Under what we know, Clearly understand what we do not know, Hire others to help us do so" We now have a power team consisting of an experienced mentor, Real Estate attorney, Real Estate agent for the detail sales,Inspector, and Rehab contractor. Now we are gathering the serious cash buyers.
