Personally I would take a portion and use a few lenders to do multiple rehabs and flips and then loan the other portion of that money so that way it can multiple faster

Changes as far as the tax issues **
I'm 25 and pretty much if I was trying to rent a apt , it would not be affordable in any way shape or form ... The average 35 year old still lives with their parents in Nj when they should have left by 22 at least
Now it's to the point where if may effect markets for renters so should we just let it crash and then buy ?

Tanzeela Qureshi well this issue is that the governors haven't made any changes and they are letting people leave so this state is either going to be for the rich or for the poor with assistance

New Jersey is the number one state for people leaving right now , which is might make a great market pending on the supply and demands chain... But what do you investor think about this ?

Well the hardest part of real estate is getting started in real estate investing my main problem is funding / raising capital for my need as well as finding buyers ... Please share advice and/or your story
