This duplex is located out of the state I live in, so property management would have to assure that the thermostat is located and locked.

All good ideas so far.

If it is not cost prohibited, we are hoping it can be zoned for 2 thermostats,

How do I handle a up and down duplex with only 1 furnace and 1 thermostat.  Has anyone encountered this situation?

Thank you for your response. I was not aware that such an organization existed.

I recently purchased a duplex in buffalo and need a good property manager.  Both units of the duplex are rented to section 8 tennents so the property manager would need to be section 8 certified. Recommendations would be appreciated.

We had a water leak in the front yard from a lightning strike.

The type of property we are looking for will actually depend on the property. We will do wholesale, flip, and hold.
