Hello BP community. I am new to the Landlord realm. I'm ready to rent out to tenants. What is the best software to use? I've narrowed it down to BP's Rent Redi or Tennant Cloud. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Hey everyone, long time listener and book reader. First time forum post(er). I'm always reading discussions, but I never chimed in. Now I feel like I will be more active. I am fairly new to Real Estate, but not new to hard work and dedication. I'm fully invested in this now, LLC, name, logo, etc. This is it, no other bridges being built.
