Looking to get started flipping and I️ see a few good deals, but I️ have $8000 in debt. Should I️ get a personal loan thru my credit union to pay off my debt so I️ can only have one payment or should I️ just try to pay them down and get started. I️ have a private lender interested now but I️ don’t want to start off on the wrong foot. Need advice
