Hello Everyone,

   I have a property under contract now. Apparently the owner has gone through several investors (Note I wasn't aware of this until I actually got the home under contract). The home seems to not be selling. The potential buyers are not necessarily stating why they are not interested, I am simply not hearing back from them. I really do not want to give up on this property. I have about 2 more weeks to push it and at this point I am a little flustered. What advice do you all have to give on what to do in this situation. Please help!

 I hope you are well. Just curious how did you go about confirming if there were an actual contract between the seller and initial wholesaler? However, it seems quite odd that the investor got upset after agreeing to those terms, very strange. In my opinion, these are the investors I prefer not to do business with. Good luck. If you are looking for deals in that area. I have a partner who has a few homes in your area. I can connect you if you like.
