Joaquim,

I do not think Equator has the authority or capability to say yes, no or maybe to your offer. Ultimately the negotiator handling your file is the one that (based on the BPO result) has the authority to either counter, deny or forward your offer to the Investor for final approval.

It may be rejected if you ignore the lender's restriction (if any) in the approval letter, like BOA's paragraph #10.

They started the process back in November of 09.

1. $185K
2. GMAC (via equator)
3. The house had a sale date of 04/06 and we postponed
4. 04/30
5. CC= 5,550. & comm. 5%

The 1st already cut lots of fees including the commission in their final approval but they went ahead and allowed the $2.5K. There is nothing more comming out from the first at this time.

The 1st allowed $2.5K and the seller would bring anothe$1K totaling $3.5 but the 2nd (Chase $50K/conv.) wants $8.3K or there is no deal.
Any ideas?

BOA = NO DEAL.

Serg is right!! You should spend your time on other lenders

In my opinion after 04/01/10 we'll see even more loan defaults, foreclosures, SS, etc., so more opportunitty for you and I to help people and make money.

Foreclosures and Short Sales are here to stay and so should you and I. Don't believe everything you read.
