I currently work for a property management company managing about 850 doors in Alaska. We use Appfolio. I am in the process of purchasing my own four plex, but want to manage myself so I have lower fees. Do you guys have input on which property software to use for such a small portfolio?

If the co-signer/Co-borrower will also occupy the 4plex, are we able to receive max financing instead of the 75% LTV. Or if you have any other ideas on how to get financing of at least 95% with a co-signer.
