Which management software do you use?

I currently work for a property management company managing about 850 doors in Alaska. We use Appfolio. I am in the process of purchasing my own four plex, but want to manage myself so I have lower fees. Do you guys have input on which property software to use for such a small portfolio?

Thank you in advance,

Lucas

@Lucas Adams I suggest that you look into a few free property management software options before making your final decision. Finding the best software for you really comes down to your personal needs and what features you're looking for the software to have. There are a few sites that do a good job of comparing different property management software companies, while giving you a chance to look into customer reviews. I've previously used Capterra as a platform to help with my decision - https://www.capterra.com/rental-property-management-software/
