Hello BPeople:

Does anyone know a lender that could refinance a residential property that held inside an LLC?

My current mortgage lender had no problem in lending to me personally to a property that is hold inside an LLC provided that they could examine the LLC papers and that I payed the appropriate fee, unfortunately they are not refinancing right now.

I was looking into tenant cloud, between price and functionality I thought it would be a good fit!

@Dakota Wilde, are you finding tenant cloud reliable?

Would you mind sharing the good, the great and the ugly about it?

Thanks :)

Hi BPeople,

I'm looking for a propriety management software makes sense for a small portfolio, something that is robust enough with tenant screening, tenant communication, marketing as well as accounting options but does not break the bank.

So tell me, what propriety management software are you using these days? And what do you like/ hate about it?

@Jeff Quinlan

You can always use the BP calculator to run the numbers, run both scenarios and see the differences.

Also another thing you should consider (and the calculator won't help you on this one) is consider the amount of time will take to renovate and fill your unit.

Good luck!

@Danielle Alexander, it looks like you don’t trust her with good reason, why would you give her your money if there is no transparency!

Huge red flags!!!
