I want to buy a vacation rental that I can rent with airbnb, just found out Miami Beach doesn’t allow it.

Do you know any beach town close to Miami that allows airbnb?

I been offer a mansion and a small house with 15 rooms and 5 bathrooms, only 6 parking spaces, I am worry about investing in such a large proyect with the USA politics so up and down.

It is an island range hood,Amazon has it and it is very expensive

we found a different company and different underwriter and they are taking care of the sale

I just sold a duplex that I purchased in an IRS auction and the title company’s underwriters are refusing  to  give title insurance to the new buyer, they are saying that the IRS did not follow foreclosure notifications.

The IRS said that they are a different entity and everything was done right.

Now  am loosing my sale if I don’t find a title company to fix this issue

Do you know a title company that deals with IRS auction properties title issues?

I had the same situation in lakeville and my realtor told me not to do it.

I did it anyways because it looks nicer and it will sell quicker

People now want modern and the orange trim makes it look dirty

I left a note and offered  more money for him to leave in 10 days, I also talked to the neighbor and they said that the previous owner was a nice guy and they haven't seen him for over two weeks .

Will go back in two days to see if my note still there,. we also  send a certify letter giving him 30 days from the end of the month.. Will see

I will try go back and offer 2,000 in a posted note outside of their door.
