I tried to go and talk to them.  Every window is tape shut and they refuse to answer the door.

I saw someone looking and closing the window super fast.

I have send them a certify letter giving them 30 days to move.

And after that we will evict them.

But they are so strange that i am afraid they will destroy the house

i ofered the previous owner a cash for keys and no answer.

I am supossed to give them 30 days notice from the end of the month to start eviction in Minnesota.

I will loose over 3 months in this deal...any ideas?
