Never throw good money after bad money. If this deal doesn't give you a good ROI, find one that will. Or better yet, create one that will. Avoiding a bad deal is way better than hoping a deal will work out in the future. Don't gamble. Invest. When in doubt, trust the numbers. The numbers never lie.
