I have used the calculators, but I don't know how to post it for review.  

I've been working with a local agent. I also look at craigslist, auction.com and communicate with a local REI group via MeetUp. I'm a truck driver. I am home for about 3 days every two months. It's not a hindrance, just a nuance of how I have to go about it. Thanks a bunch for replying to my post

I am close to my first deal.  I've submitted an offer for consideration and will know if the deal is funded within 48 hours.  I'm ready to submit an offer on two more deals.  Am I moving too fast?  I'd like to have a veteran look over my numbers and tell me what I may be missing.  I'm not sure if I'm being arrogant, lucky or blissfully ignorant.
