Hi guys, I've been searching for a good contractor in Puerto Rico for a property we have in Arecibo. I've spoken with more than 7 contractors that were referred to us and none of them are taking new projects for the moment. Do anyone know of any good responsible contractors, the property is in Arecibo.

Me and my wife are looking to invest in RE in Puerto Rico, we are would like to meet investors who have knowledge of how it works here. We live in the west side of the island (Camuy). What ever help is deeply appreciated.
