Hi all, as you can tell by the title I know not a thing about real estate investing, but I am very interested in it. Does anyone know a really good book I can read up on in order to gain some insight to know if I should go into it?

I would definitely see if your housing office has introductory classes for sec 8 in order to make yourself more comfortable

Hi all, as you can tell by the title I know not a thing about real estate investing, but I am very interested in it. Does anyone know a really good book I can read up on in order to gain some insight to know if I should go into it? How do I read the real estate market? Also, if I do like it, how can I find a mentor in the area?
