@Chrissy Arnold thanks a lot! I have started calling only like 5 ppl I spoke to to be honest ...but 2 of them directed me to other leads of ppl wanting to sell but they didn’t seem TOO motivated seem like they wanted retail

@Lexi Teifke thanks a lot. But that’s exactly what I need to know if they have hoa liens and etc ...was wondering exactly how to go about that. But once I start cold calling I’ll end up finding out anyway right? Just make sure they don’t own any money on the property but what if they do? Do you take what they owe out of the offer ?
