I was wondering if anybody knows if i could assign one of my personal accounts to my LLC and just use it for LLC purposes? or do i need to open a brand new account?

I bought a house in Yukon, Oklahoma in 2016, and just realized now that there was some work done on outside of the house that looks like foundation repair. I still did not call anybody to check it out, but i will soon. Do you maybe know if a seller need to disclose foundation repair when selling a house in Oklahoma?

My name is Luka Rasovic and i am pretty new to real estate investing. I have acquired a rental property earlier this year in Yukon, Oklahoma. I was wondering how you guys handle mail that keeps coming from the previous tenants to my rental property? (The property that i purchased was a rental property before i acquired it.)
