My name is Luka Rasovic and i am pretty new to real estate investing. I have acquired a rental property earlier this year in Yukon, Oklahoma. I was wondering how you guys handle mail that keeps coming from the previous tenants to my rental property? (The property that i purchased was a rental property before i acquired it.) Thank you in advance!

Agree with @John Underwood . I will just add if there is a barcode neat the recipient address, cross it out. The Post Office sans everything and if the barcode is there is may just come back to you (kinda like the Elvis song)

Thank you @John Underwood and @Jeff Willis for the advice. I will definitely start doing that and will inform my tenants do the same thing while living in my rental property. I appreciate your quick response! 

The post office told me you can file a form 3575-Z, but I haven't tried it yet.
