Mist folks are finding it doesn’t increase bookings but it may be nice to have especially for personal use. 

i have a 50 amp at one of my houses and not one person has ever asked to use it and it is mentioned in my Vrbo listing

I’ve always stayed away from the tanks but they work if done right. There’s only 2 well companies. It’s possible this is an “is what it is” situation. Can also try fracking the well.

Sounds to me like this just isn't in your banks wheel house. Pre construction can be hard sometimes. I'd just try calling around to a few more banks and explain whats up and see if you can find what you're looking for.

My strategy would be to do it in an area where way less people live. Check out a book called short term rental long term wealth. Shameless plug.
