In my case, I will be investing in RE full time once I turn 18, but I have just came across DSCR loans(Debt service coverage ratio) and I was wondering if anyone has some experience using these loans? Once I get as many loans from banks such as Freddie may and Mac for investments, would you say this is a good place to go next (if you even can). I am new to this topic and I am thankful for all the help I can get.

It is crucial to know what is happening in the economy and housing market, so that’s why I am asking you for some help. Are there any websites that you would recommend me to go to too see the newest news put out by the government, such as interest rates just going up and similar topics that affect investing? I’m very interested and grateful for all and any help.

I was wondering where you go to find the best items when renovating a house. Some of the main rooms I am looking into renovating is the bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchens. Also, how much dose some of these items run you just to give me an idea. Appreciate all the help, knowledge and advice for helping young investors like me!

Real quick question for you, do u think house hacking in a expensive market such as Hawaii especially as a beginner a possibility? I say this because Hawaii RE is good for long term, but still want to hear your option on this. Appreciate all the help!

Still have another 2 years before I am even legally able to do this, but I have been reaching Hawaii RE all week and noticed that not all houses have to be $1,000,000+ to live there, but do you think that this could be a good place to house hack? Hilo (which on the east side of the big island) seems to be a great market for long term apprection and cash flow as the median home price is almost $300,000 with a population of 45,000 and growing. Back in the 40s and 80s there was a storm that hit and wiped out most of the small city, so do you think that it might deter people from living there, or do you think that may even be a issue? Finally, would you recommend a duplex or something possibly a bit bigger? Appreciate all the great people on Biggerpockets!
