Hey all!

I recently moved to Denver and am looking to learn more about investing from those that are successfully doing it. My knowledge base is very solid, but I want to learn more hands on stuff. Is anyone aware of any part-time opportunities where I could learn from an experienced investor and offer digital marketing expertise or other skills in return (social media, website design, ads, etc.)?

This could be an option @Lee Ripma, thanks! I've just been lately honing in on multifamily residential for some of the benefits it offers for my circumstance. Once it gets commercial, can be a little trickier.
