Hey guys, can you recommend a good CPA or a Tax Lawyer specializing in Real Estate?

I live NJ. My business partner and I have been investing in Real Estate for 3 years now. We have a few LLCs, Solo K and W-2 still. I have a general idea of the legalities and tax benefits but wants to know more specifics.

Thanks.

Hi, I came across RAL (Residential Assisted Living). I am wondering who invest on this arm of Real Estate, what area would you recommend and financing approach?

Thanks

@Rachel Stewart - thanks Rachel. We will be using Upwork but i will definitely reach out if i need your expertise.

@Rachel Stewart- good to hear. Is there like a minimum charge when building a website? I just want to set a baseline for comparison. Thanks

@Dave Spooner- thanks for the input.

@Michael Porche - thanks

@Mike McCarthy - i have an idea already regarding the content of the website. I guess, my other question is if it is safe to use them?

Thanks

@Dave Spooner - hey Dave, did you use them to build your website from ground up?

Thanks

If not, can you recommend 1?

Thanks.
