@Theresa Harris No they mistakenly thought they bought the house because their realetor told them wrong that they were buying a house what they actually bought was a lot next door. Now the map made in 1952 was in accurate and runs in center of his house. He had a surveyor come in and showed him that he owns that house and they own the lot next door. Its a confusing situation. For 3 years he gets no rent, or aloud on the property. The people living there are paying a mortgage company for the house also.

@Jesse Reese Yes hes working on that. All the attorneys say he needs $20,000 upfront. Is that the norm? He checked with 7 already. He does have a appointment on November 13th for court and proof from a surveyor that the house is his not theirs.

Okay hello...I have this friend he has this property that he owns yet there is a situation where people think they own it. They think they bought this house but they actually

Bought lot next door. The realetor messed up majorly but selling them the wrong lot. They have been there 3 years which my friend owns it. What he can do? Also he had a surveyor, they showed him that he owns it not them. Please help.

@Nick C. Well I found out though my realestate friend he can not possess this property since there is a contract with realetors. So now I guess bird dog is my only option.

@Nick C. Yes my partner already told me this is a good deal. Already made a offer, already had a a contractor in there for estimates, no liens, did comps, and did due diligence work. If they dont buy it than I will bird dog it. It's a good location also.

@Chris Martin Thank you already have the answer. I have a realestate guru whom owns a large realestate corporation. They are looking to go straight to mortgage seller, try to end realestate contract than buy it. So I can wholesale to them to make my 40,000 assignment fee. Thank you

Okay I have this property and I'm still interested in. There are 2 realetors selling it and it's still available and I made a offer and they accepted. It is like a 40,000 fee for me. The realetors dont work with wholesalers. My question is I have a person who buys and sells foreclosed properties all over US. Can he get this property? He works with wholesalers and I have another. Property under contract with him?

@Alyssa Dyer Hello I appreciate your compassion towards the tenants. I like your way of how you are doing your business. I am new here but have 2 houses under contract but I would want to approach this business with empathy and compassion for my tenants also.

@Kaylee Pratt Well I am brand new here and just starting but I missed a great deal for a 350.000 assignment fee. I saw it advertised than when I went back it was gone. It was a 2.2 million home, they wanted to sell for 1 million dollars. I missed out big time.

@Henry Lazerow what is blacklisted? Remember I am brand new I really didnt know.
