How can I buy There is a beautiful $260,000 home that my friend has in the market 1 day ago. Owner tried to sell for 3 monthes. How can I purchase this home using creative financing. I am will sing to purchase for 300,000 if need be.but no luck.

Thank you I need to look for that book. I'm still waiting on my Rich Dad Poor Dad book it seems that book has changed many lives. I am registered for meetups that are online now so I need to focus on that and knowledge though so many resources on BiggerPockets.

How do I start wholesaling online? I think this would be a great time to begin. I am new, and want to try this. With everything closed maybe online would be the best direction to go. Please help.

Can you have a spot light if you live in a private gated townhouse community? Owner doesn’t supply this but my friend wants this.
