I’ve been housing workers at PCB condos. I’m working on 3 large apartment complexes, I have a flip under rehab in North Shore area, and waiting on a duplex to close in Southport.
I’m looking for rentals for my workforce and flips.

I’m currently renovating 3 large apartment properties in Lynn Haven area. Maybe I can help, if you are still trying to navigate this situation.

I’m in the trenches, got there 12 weeks ago and working on renovations of 3 large apartment complexes. I’ve also bought a sfr in the north shore area, 3 weeks ago and currently renovating it. I also won a bid on a duplex, on auction.com in the Southport area. Waiting on closing.
Looking for deals and rentals as I have a large workforce. Been renting beach condos, but that will not be affordable once spring break hits, and inventory is becoming more scarce.
Let’s meet up. Looking to network.

What type of availability do you have. I’m in the middle of storm renovations of 3 complexes. Need housing for workers.

@Sean Walton gave the most accurate explanation. If you haven't gotten this resolved feel free to PM me. I work with a GA licensed Architect. I can at least look at what you have, figure out what the next step is. It sounds like your Architect is either not an Architect, or at the very least not registered.

Unfortunately, there will be mortgage defaults, abandoned homes, and high demand in general for housing, in the aftermath of Harvey.
Is anyone thinking about the need of investors to fix and flip properties, to help meet the housing demand?

Awesome. Temporary and extended housing is a huge need. It will take partnering with the private sector, to get families settled and help alleviate the distress and cope with the stress and loss.
