Whoa, another Vermonter?! Love it.

Sounds like a pretty nice deal, glad you were able to make the best out of the tenant situation! Would be curious as to how operating the long term rental and short term rental on the same property will work. Why did you decide to go about it this way?

Thank you, Kevin! I completely agree. I'm hoping to make the most of it!

What do I really need to know about wholesaling foreclosures? Is it really possible? If so, how risky can it get?

If anyone has some experience with this, it would be awesome to hear more. I really appreciate it, y’all!

Thanks, Davartay! Who knows what the future holds, but I'm looking forward to it! I'm just so glad to finally be a part of a platform like this where I have so much to learn from everyone.

Hey everyone!

I am a real estate investor-to-be located in the Burlington, Vermont area. I currently work in property management and have my home inspector license, and have recently been researching everything that has to do with real estate investing. It's been the first thing I think about when I wake up and last thing I think about before I go to sleep!

Honestly, not quite sure where to start as Vermont's market is pretty pricey and I have heard quite a bit about the difficulty of finding cash-flowing properties here. I've been looking at wholesaling, house hacking, and investing out of state.

Just here to say hi and warn y'all about what I'm sure will be a flood of all sorts of questions coming from me!
