I agree that all of these things are helpful but be careful that you don't fall into analysis paralysis! The more prepared you are the better but you can learn a lot on the go too :)

I really liked the BP podcast #200 about the 20 things to do starting out. Great list of the things you're asking for but also a lot of emphasis on getting the ball rolling.

@Yuuj V. Welcome! I am in the same boat you are but BP has been a lifesaver! The advice I hear most often across the site is: focus on the lead funnel - if you want more deals, analyze more properties. So that's what I'm doing over here.

@Jake Ramstack I'm not the expert but I believe that there is a Marketplace segment of the forum for active deals. Deals in the general forum that I see are mostly asking for advice, celebrating successes, or relating cautionary tales.
