That i think is a great idea, I just want to feel like I’m working towards it in anyway I can right now. If I figure out where I’m going sooner than later should I start classes while trying to find a brokerage to assist? Would they need someone with anything to show for the position to take it even though it’s just an assistant job?

@Aaron K.

Thank you for that, might be my best bet.

@Russell Brazil

Thank you that’s a good point. What would you suggest doing in the meantime so I feel like I’m at least trying to get ahead? Could I take the classes online now?

Hello sweet people who are willing to listen, I have so many thoughts questions and concerns that i cant seem to find answers to. I currently live in Florida with a plan to work towards getting my real estate license, but will soon be moving out of state in just a short 4 months. I am not sure exactly where i will be moving because my options are unlimited. Leaning more towards Colorado area lead me to researching that the Florida real estate license does not count for that state. I would like to be able to move with some kind of experience or training under my belt in the hopes of that contributing to finding a job with a brokerage. What do you guys suggest i do? Take Florida real estate classes online for the 4 months i am here and take the test to prepare, then take the Colorado/whatever state required test when i move? Or find one that transfers? Im stuck...

I’ve been doing some research about a lot of different things and directions I could go with my life. My mother is in real estate and does very well, but she is also almost 3 times my age. Can someone try to start to early? Is it worth something to start? Any advice, id be more than grateful.
