Also anyone have tips regarding the remodel process? For example does the plumber and electrician start work first then get the floors laid...etc

I'm absolutely thrilled that I have finally closed on my first fix and flip in Portsmouth,VA. If anyone has any tips and tricks to help me avoid mistakes from your own experiences feel free to chime in. I will update this post as I go along.
