@Hunter Byler +1 for "Pam Efferson", I purchased my first home 10 yrs ago. She represented the seller, and by the way she keep contact with the seller and buyer thru this day I can tell she is a hard working one.  I also recommend Russell Hern. DM for his contact info.

No. the one I am talking about is in Lindale. 610N and 45N area. 

I checked the one in Truxillo. And it needs a lot of work.

Houston. Actually there are 4units.  There are all rented and cash flowing.

@Cody L. Thanks for your thoughts on the pricing, now you are making me think that I may paying too much for the 4plex and duplex I am about to close.
