What commodities/customer relationship management would you provide when increasing customer service and rent in multifamily properties

Quote from @Kyle Curtin:

Hey guys! How do you guys feel about renting a bedroom in a furnished 2 bedroom unit with another unrelated nurse renting the other bedroom- 2 different tenants/leases in the same unit?

How do you typically navigate the harmony with the other person with cooking, getting ready in the bathroom, sharing cabinets/fridge space etc? Do you think it is worth trying out or not? I have noticed a surplus of tenants looking for 1b furnished units and haven’t gotten any for a whole 2b yet. 🤔

Thank you!

Hey Kyle, I believe that is a savvy business move to create more cash flow for yourself and maximizing opportunity as a successful investor.Good communication and transparency between both tenants and you will set boundaries for a healthy relationship within all parties. You, the leader holds the pack together

Keep up the great work!

None. I've heard way too many horror stories come out of Ohio. Although there's a pack of about a half dozen guys who run around here and promote Columbus as a good place to invest. Hard telling if they have ulterior motives or what.

Would love to hear some Columbus success stories...

This. I personally would never buy there.

What markets interest you Eric?

Not sure how to respond except, the ones that make the most money. What exactly are you trying to ask?

What similar characteristics in properties do you notice provide the best return?

In Columbus, I'd recommend keeping an eye on multi-family properties, especially duplexes and triplexes. They tend to offer solid investment potential and are in demand among both renters and investors. Single-family homes with rental potential can also be a strong option.

Robert, I think your spot on Columbus has many du, tri, and single family properties that have potential to develop value. With the right eye on the prize

Quote from @Peter Vekselman:

this business comes down to the numbers.  if you have the right numbers, you will make deals work in any market.  wrong numbers will kill deals anywhere also.

and numbers are very much influenced by your marketing efforts.

Well spoken Peter💯

Hey, based of your general experience of Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati; Ohio as a whole. What things do you believe compare and contrast to a cultivating market of good cash flow and eager investors?

Hey Malachi, I'm particularly interested in single-family homes for BRRRR in the current Columbus market. They offer great potential for value-add opportunities and long-term returns. As an investor and agent here in Columbus Ohio, if you have any questions or want to connect, definitely reach out!

Running a marathon in for long-term return. Nice strategy seeking out potential in properties. They'll always be value to add when being cognative of the possibilities within life as well as real estate
