Also, how long did it take you all to land your first deal?

Hello, My name is Malik. I'm currently living in Sherman TX just moved from Anna and I wholesale properties around me! I have the basics down but I haven't quite flipped my first deal. I'm just looking to flip houses right now so I can build enough money to start fixing and flipping or holding. I've just sent my first letter to a potential seller that I found driving for dollars! I'm also going after work today to buy and place bandit signs! I'm looking for investors around me to network with and learn the ropes, not looking for a hand out! I'm already attending a local meetup in Plano on the 22nd I'm sure ill meet people there but it'd be amazing to meet people locally to bounce ideas off of and meet with. Thank you in advance!

I just started a company and I'm basically here looking to network and meet property managers who don't currently have a door to door valet trash service and would also like to add an extra stream of income from their properties, I can help with that! I'm looking to become an entrepreneur and I don't know how so I'm trying everything! I've read rich dad poor dad. Think rich grow rich and everything so I'm trying it all! I used to look into real estate but I had no clue where to get closing papers once I found a property and I couldn't find a mentor. They either wanted to charge me $10000 or flaked on me when it came to meet up. So I'm doing it myself. People also tell me how hard it is to buy and flip a house as well so it's discouraging. If you're able to help me please let me know! I'm looking to build assets and I'm not looking for a job! I want to be my own boss and stop trading time for money! Thank you in advance!
