Hey! My name is Malik Berry and I currently live in whitesboro, Tx. I just started a company and I'm basically here looking to network and meet property managers who don't currently have a door to door valet trash service and would also like to add an extra stream of income from their properties, I can help with that! I'm looking to become an entrepreneur and I don't know how so I'm trying everything! I've read rich dad poor dad. Think rich grow rich and everything so I'm trying it all! I used to look into real estate but I had no clue where to get closing papers once I found a property and I couldn't find a mentor. They either wanted to charge me $10000 or flaked on me when it came to meet up. So I'm doing it myself. People also tell me how hard it is to buy and flip a house as well so it's discouraging. If you're able to help me please let me know! I'm looking to build assets and I'm not looking for a job! I want to be my own boss and stop trading time for money! Thank you in advance!

Well first,  it's important to go to your local Real Estate Meetings, there you will learn a lot from other investors. Once there Network and start give out your business cards, get to know other people. See what they are doing. Find who is wholesaling, rehabbing, and lending money.

Good thing you didn't pay 10k to mentor you! You can find good mentors here! Look for Local BP people. See if anybody that has done deals can guide you on the way or even JV with you on a deal you found.

Real estate takes patience and you have to be persistent.
