Hi Katie! Yes, we originally went through a local property management company (due to the current contract/sales stipulations for the property). We gave them ~7 months trial period (they do not allow competitor tools to be used when managed by their company). In March 2022, we began utilizing VRBO, Airbnb, and booking direct instead. We also utilize Google Reviews, Instagram, and Facebook Marketplace to advertise the unit.
