Hi I see now that you have been investing for a while now. Have you looked into the land cost and values here in Austin TX? Im from California so to see a home for 3ooK and be 5-6 bedrooms on 1acrea still amazes me>
If you know any one wanting to invest in realestate here in Austin we pay referrals per ac sq/ft. We are a turn-key builder that can take care of everything (seriously) We have california investors who has come down to see one of their projects only once.
Just thought I'd give you a shout. :lol:
