Hi again - I’m also looking for a tax advisor or strategist who is familiar with DC taxes (this is where I'm located). We have one property (for now) that we plan on house hacking by (hopefully) the end of the year. We both have W2 jobs, and my partner had an additional 1099 job for the first half of this year. Any recommendations or referrals would be appreciated!

One of our basement walls (concrete) is absorbing water from the soil outside in one area. Looking for someone who knows about waterproofing or can refer us to someone who is specialized in that field. Any information would be helpful and appreciated!!
