@Christopher Goldie Makes sense. Sounds like you have a pretty solid marketing plan/funnel down. Thanks for sharing. I think the issue of finding better quality leads is a tricky one to solve with software, but I'll keep this in mind. I've heard it before.

I want to find out the biggest problems property owners, agents, managers, companies or others in the industry face and provide a solution using web/software or technology. 

Would love to hear about some day to day challenges you all face that you haven't found a solution for. Is it marketing your properties? Finding leads? Managing tenants/rent? Managing operations? Something else?

Hello everyone,

After reading tons of posts and content on BiggerPockets, I've decided to join the discussion. I'm from Connecticut (New Haven area) and am planning to invest in multi-family rentals in the area later this year. 

I run a web/software service company, but have always had an interest in real estate.

I'm also interested in getting more involved in the real estate community to find ways to "marry" software and real estate or improve current systems -- to help owners, agents and others in the industry make more money, manage properties better, work efficiently, etc.
