Hello all, I am looking for a local real estate title company in the state of Massachusetts that is investor friendly. Please let me know of some you all may have worked or currently work with!

Thank you for your time!

I made it clear in my company mission statement, that the deals I make, will be followed up by a sale. This means, that when I get a contract to purchase your property, and I can find no assignee to sell the contract to, your property will be purchased by me.

Of course, I leave room in the contract to get out if during my inspection period I find something that makes the deal a very high risk for me to profit from.

Please feel free to send me any contracts for my review and advice.

I am just a guy looking to do it right, and what I say or advise is just from what knowledge and practice I have so far.

Just be sure you WILL close the deal, and you will be seen as a genuine wholesaler, not a prospector.

Good luck!

Thank a lot for the advise! I will definitely keep in touch and ask you for guidance.

Hello all, I am here today seeking guidance in the wholesaling industry and I would like to get some contract templates if that is ok! I am looking to get into wholesaling and I would like to get a sense of what the contracts should look like. Thank you so much in advance.

PS: I reside in the state of Massachusetts in case that changes anything.
