Hello @Jim C., I am looking to do New Construction sales. Also, interested in the financing for these deals. Not a lot of people seem to want to do CP loans under LLCs. Any ideas?

Hello Bigger Pockets Team,
I am fairly new to the site, as well as the real estate game. I previously purchased some residential parcels in SWFL and would like to build some single-family homes. I've researched the area, know the ideal home size and what has been selling the most. However, I need some insight on the financial analysis involved, partnership breakdown, and financing options). Does anyone have any experience in doing this?
