I considered it, but the extra time it would take due to the non-flexible engineeering curriculum, and price of a double major wasn't very attractive to me.

I definitely will @Joshua Dorkin theres a ton of info on the site that has really been helpful in starting out. I am studying computer engineering, but really considering switching to marketing or business management.

Hello,
I am a college student interested in wholesaling properties in Delaware and Philadelphia. I had a few questions about getting started, and was wondering if anyone could help guide me in the right direction.
1. What are some ways to getting an assignment contract besides paying an attorney to create one for you?
2. How much would it cost to get an assignment contract drafted by an attorney (price range )?
3. Is there a specific type of assignment contract to ask an attorney to draft pertaining to wholesaling?
4. Is there any other paperwork needed?
5. What are some different methods to building a buyers list?
Any other advice is also appreciated, thanks.

Hello everyone,
I am a 19 year old born and raised in Delaware, and currently attend Temple University. I want to start wholesaling in Philadelphia or Delaware, which ever i find my first deal in, and then expand from there. I find wholesaling attractive because i am a college student with extremely limited funds, and it seems like a good entry point into REI. I plan on using other REI strategies after gaining more knowledge, experience, and cash.
