@Jaquetta Turner

What’s interesting is you believe 100% of the time an investment property will work out and cash flow. This is ridiculous and not true.

@Ray Valdez

And what’s crazy is the less payments you have the more income you can use to produce a hefty down payment to buy a rental property that has great cash flow. The more debt you have the less disposable income you have.

I rented our lake property for two years and never had any problems. We were voted five *4 times over so I’m not sure why you’re having so many issues.

@Leatha L. Luttrell

@Ryan Hazelwood

The number of units doesn’t matter, don’t let anybody tell you anything different. How can you argue that if someone owns eight units and brings in $2000 cash flow Per duplex, please tell me what’s wrong with bringing in $96,000 a year on four properties?

@Stephen Diakos

So on four properties you’re earning $5000 in rent, before expenses. That comes out to 1250. Are these all single-family homes? After you take into expenses mortgage, taxes and insurance what is left per property?

@Stephen Diakos

Question, if you had all four properties paid off, what would your monthly cash flow be?
