Your late payments will continue to report. Actually the NOD and what shows up on your report are 2 different things. As soon as you are 30 days late it will appear on your credit report while there is no category or way to put an NOD on your credit report. The bank sends the NOD to you and to county public records.
Depending on the mortgage bank, they may not send an NOD until you're 60 days late or more in some cases due to the overwhelming amount of foreclosures and late payments going on. But as far as your credit goes each late payment will show up as being 30+ days late, 60+ days late, 90+ days late etc.

Hope this helps.

Just started on the site. My name is Marcus McCray. I am a Realtor who's trying to exit the biz and move into the investing side of things. I also have a background in finance and consumer credit. I'm currently looking for wholesale deals and anybody or company that will fund my deals!! My goal is to start a Rent to Own business which will help people with their credit, debt, and educate them on better finances.

I have a great family including my fiancee' , 3 yr old son (in the profile pic), and stepson. In my spare time I do music and am a sports nut Go UCLA!
