Hey Julia, lets talk ASAP!!

I want to share that success starts with a firm foundation and a great team. In my first year selling real estate I have sold over 10 homes in less than 6 months and this comes from education, dedication and hardwork. We have created a system to where we understand how to maneuver through leads and determine If a buyer is serious. The most valuable thing you have in Real Estate is time, you must learn how to make it work for you. I have also closed some deals with people I have met off bigger pockets, this is the first social site that I have found to be really beneficial to small business success.

Hey Jon! I believe my friend went to that same 3 day event Fri-Sun this past weekend. Anyway, If you need advice on the market I can help you. I am a licensed realtor but have a few associates who wholesale, any questions feel free to ask!

My suggestion is to move forward with getting your license. Bigger Pockets is a great place for advice. Getting your license will open up so many doors and give you an understanding of the business. Then, If you decide to get into wholesaling you can.

@Robert Radhs you are in a great place for flips, I deal with new and seasoned investors in this market. This is a great site for advice.

@Bao Nguyen  You are 100% correct. I have some partners in that area that have a multi-million dollar diversified portfolio as well as they are private lenders but more on the commercial side. I'd love to see what we can come up with. 

First of all you are in a profession that has a high turnover rate and that is due to the fact that most can't keep up. There are so many ways to make money in real estate that some break the law, cheat, steal etc. You will be licensed and that's great plus you are in a great market. I love Atlanta you will meet lots of people and make money. Stay focused and do the right thing :)
