Buying and selling for foreigners is very easy. Most transactions can be closed without you even being in the US as long as you can wire funds from your bank to Title company. When selling as long as you have the deed and clear title usually no issues. I deal with foreign investments everyday.

I wanted to connect with anyone who wants to share experiences or advice about this market, also speak to any other agents who are Dual agents state to state.
