Hello guys, Can somebody give me advice on hard money lenders. I’m thinking about using hard money to do a flip and sell. Some of the questions I have are: do I have to have a job to qualify for hard money loans? Are hard money loans safe to do? Any advice on this subject Is greatly appreciated.

So, if I switch my current mortgage to a conventional loan, the PMI is on the new FHA loan?

Hello everyone!! I’m looking for some information and hoping you guys can help me. How many FHA loans can you have at one time? I currently have an FHA loan on my home I live in, I bought it two years ago. I’m trying to buy a multi family, 4 units. Can I get another FHA loan if I use one unit as my primary residence?

Happy Monday everybody, I have a question and would like to hear from you guys on this. Has any body used a financing company to buy a rental property who doesn’t required personal income verification? I have seen some advertising for this here on BP and I am interested on getting more information about it. Any information is greatly appreciated.

@Patrick Daniel This person is only going to be a co-signer, not partner.

@Patric Daniel, The person co-signing is a friend of mine. The building is $315,000. 4 units, and each unit rents for $800.

Hello everyone, I have a question and hopefully I can get some advice on this. I’m planning on buying a multifamily, 4 units. I’m using a co-signer because I’m not currently working, so obviously I can’t get a loan under my name right now. I do have good credit and the money for the down payment. I don’t know what to offer to the person who’s co-signing for me. Is 1% of the rent fair? That would be about $200-300 per month. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Good morning everyone! Has anybody used COZY to do tenant screening? And if you have, how is it? I’m getting ready to rent out my house, and this is the first time I’ll be doing it my self. So, I’m just making sure I can get a good, and complete credit and back ground check.
