I would like to buy and hold properties the "construction team" is for getting some homes ready for rent. Painter, electrician, plumber things of that sort. Even though I don't plan on rehabbing homes as of yet, I want to at least have people in place that I can trust who are on the ground if need be.

Hi everyone,
I am looking to build a great team of people in the Cleveland, Ohio area to start my real estate investing career. I am currently looking for a lender in the area (with fingers crossed portfolio). I also would like to begin interviewing property management companies as well. Eventually I will be looking for a construction team, handyman, accountant/CPA. I have the lawyer and real estate agent in place. If anyone has any suggestions/ recommendations for any of the above listed that would be awesoooome!
Thanks, guys!
