Wow! I thought my stove was dirty!
True the bathroom and kitchen are ugly!!! But they look like they're relatively solid.
I would paint the cabinets for sure and change the hardware.
I would also take down that ugly shower door and repaint or replace that green tub. Paint the walls and doors.

I just got back, but didn't make a deal. It's a 16 x 76 1996 3/2 for $8,500. I only have a couple thousand and they need all cash for the house they're buying.
They have to move very soon, though, so they said they'd call me if they couldn't find another buyer.
It was good practice for me.

You should have seen the 2 pits I looked at today that were 5,000 and 6,000. Both 84s or around there, needing tons of work.
You better get over there and buy that one! This is the deal you've been waiting for. (unless it's in bad shape or has some other issue).

Can't you use the Mobile Home Purchase Agreement in the back of Deals on Wheels? I was looking at it today, and it looked adequate to me.
By the way, if that home's in good shape, don't waste time. Buy it fast or someone else will. Sounds like a very good deal!!
