I am thinking about purchasing a house,that may need some work. I've not toured it yet. Agent says Cash only. Is there anyway to buy it with a hard money loan and then convert it to a convention loan? Even maybe have the conventional/ rehab in place . Thank you. My first effort.

Where do you report  an agent? Eric Lee is advertising an invalid short sale on my home. A lot  of people are coming to the house . Now, on account of him ,my home was robbed, and vandalized while I was away for 2 days!!!
